[Skills Post1] Compare and Contrast

 There are lots of ways to learn English, such as just learning in an academy, going to camps, or just going abroad where English is naturally exposed to you everywhere. These examples above all seem benefitial to you, but they are all benefitual in different ways.

 If we just see the programs without any deep thinking, they all just seem to be quite acceptable and it seems that all camps can be benefitual to you. However, each one of you have different standards. I will compare and contrast each camp by my own standard, which is, first, the quality of teachers, and second, how much you learn in this camp.

 First is to compare and contrast all camps with the standard called, "Is the teachers' qualities high enough to let you learn English?" Camp Big Apple is good because they are all Korean professors, which mean that they are smart enough to teach, and that they have teached lots of students before. Also, Head Start Splash has good qualities with the teachers. They are all teachers who are certified to teach ESL, which is to let others learn English as their second language. They are the teachers who have great qualities, and for sure they have teached lots of students like us, so they are very faithful teachers. On the other hand, Ranch West Camp's teachers does not have as good qualities as the other teachers in other camps. These teachers are all students who just have graduated college, and the college is near the rural area. For sure, they are not certified, and they do not have as many experiences as the other teachers in other camps. So in this, I pick Camp Big Apple and Head Start Splash.
 Next standard is how much we learn in the camps. Camp Big Apple teaches students mostly about TOEFL, SAT, extra extra, which are all limited to, 'test preparation'. This is a very small range to learn in a camp. Next is the Ranch West Camp. This camp can learn many things, but we chose ones that we want to learn, and for sure we will not learn all of it. So, it's range is different depending on the student. Last camp that I want to compare is the Head Start Splash. Unlike the other camps, this camp has the biggest range, because they teach the same way as the International School, which means that we learn almost everything we can learn in school. We have lots of things to learn, which is the thing that increases our Englsih skills. So, in here, the best camp with lots of things to learn will be the Head Start Splash.

 By looking at the standards that I have made and by comparing all the camps with the standards I have made, I believe that it is enough for me to chose the Head Start Splash camp. To add more to tell why this camp is much better than other camps, is that it is near to the bech, which means if we are tired, we can go to the beach and play there. Also, one parent must follow his/her child, and the child will feel more safe with their parents, which might be just better than having no parents to take care of you.

[Fun Post 1] About me

 I have many things that I am interested in. First I am interested in cutting my hair. It does not sound serious onr anything similar to taht, but I really want to make my hari shorter- like boys. But I don't mean to really cut it like boys, but really short (I am talking about just the length here!). Next I am interested in Bigbang, my favorite K- Pop group. They sing very well, but there was a big issue, so I guess they can't come out on the television.
 Next, I wil explain about myself. I am very energetic when I play with my friedns. Also, I would like to be a kind of person with a pure mind. I really like reading fantasy novels, and to play with my friends. I really hate bugs- the only reason that I catch bugs. Bugs are... dirty, especially teh flies. I also don't like the feeling of ants climing over me. Do you?? Some things I really like is usually fluffy, cuddly animals. I want to buy hedgehog nowadays.
 Now I will tell my favorite things, such as my favorite movie, books, and music. First, my favorite movies are Sunny and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The reason why I like Sunny is because this movie is fun, and is full with inspirations. Also, I like Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows because it has lots of awesome graphics, and the part where Voldemort dies is COOL!! The book I like the most is also Harrry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It is because this book is little bit different from the actual movie, and it is fun to figure out what is different. Lastly, I like the music called STUPID LIAR by Bigbang. This song has good rythms, and also the lyrics have some meanings, unlike some songs.

Assignment 1

 I live in a busy city, in an apartment. Not a lot of cars go by except for the time when people go out/in for work. It is not so lousy, rather  peaceful apartment. Lots of my friends live near my house, so I go to school with them. Also, the school is not so far from my house. If I run, it takes 1~3 minutes, and if I go talking with my friends, it takes about 10 minutes. Even the station is near our house! Our house is the best spot to live, except for the one fact that it is sometimes noisy because of the train.

 My plan for this blog is easy. In here I will write the assignments, and if may, I would write about some things such as showing some things that happened at GLPS like a news report, and I would do some reviews about my favorite books/movies/ extra. Maybe I would only use this blog for the times at GLPS- for maybe about just one month, but if I have chance, then I will continue to use this blog.... If I have some time.
